Challenge

Field agents had to manage EDC terminals from multiple manufacturers — Ingenico, Sunmi, Verifone, and more — with no single portal to track, configure, or troubleshoot devices across brands.

Process

Mapped how agents actually worked across the different device types, consolidated the scattered device-management tasks into one information architecture, and redesigned the portal so monitoring and configuring any terminal followed the same consistent flow regardless of manufacturer.

Outcome

A redesigned agent portal that supports Ingenico, Sunmi, Verifone, and more EDC devices from a single, consistent interface.
