Challenge

GST merchants needed one consistent way to onboard, accept QRIS payments, and track transactions across both a mobile app and a web dashboard — including a multi-step sign-up with identity, business, and location verification.

Process

Designed the mobile onboarding, login, and home flows alongside a matching web dashboard, then mapped the more complex merchant sign-up wizard (login info, owner identification, business info, preview, OTP/email verification, and finish) so every step stayed easy to follow despite the amount of data being collected.

Outcome

A cohesive merchant experience across mobile and web: onboarding and QRIS bill payment on the app, a home dashboard with transaction charts and quick actions on the web, and a 6-step guided sign-up with real-time verification status.
