Challenge

Cashiers needed a new payment app with more specialized, easily customizable features per merchant — including sale, void, settlement, and QRIS — integrated with most banks and e-wallets.

Process

Collected information on users and app structure, researched comparable apps and design references, brainstormed flow and structure with the team, then produced multiple design alternatives before settling on the most usable, customizable direction.

Outcome

A complete UI set covering onboarding, purchase, settlement, QRIS, login, and help flows, built to be customizable across merchants.
